Shipping information
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day.
- Our business days are Monday through Saturday, except for holidays.
- Our holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.
- Billing information and shipment method must be verified prior to shipment.
- We ship domestic orders which include all 50 states and US territories. We do not ship internationally.
- Orders being shipped to FPO, APO or a PO box will be delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.
- Although normally rare, we are increasing experiencing shortages and delays receiving multiple items. We apologize for any delays in updating the site to reflect this or informing you. We hope to keep you informed via email of any backorders, including estimated time of arrival for orders placed, but feel free to email us if you have any questions about a particular item.
- To expedite your order, we may need to send your order in separate shipments (in-stock vs. out-of-stock) at no additional cost to you.
- Orders may be shipped to an alternate address than billing address.
Shipping fees:
- If your order is over $99, shipping is free via UPS Ground. Exception: The product Fruit Anthocyanins is perishable and requires cold shipping. If UPS Ground is not fast enough, a fee will be required for expedited shipping.
- For orders under $99, we will charge a flat rate mailing fee of $9.95 per order.
- All orders are subject to a Washington State Sales Tax, except for NaturoMedica patients which are tax exempt for prescribed supplements.
- If you make an error when inputting your shipping address or need your shipment to be forwarded to another address, additional charges may apply.

Tracking information
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped
- Your confirmation email will provide you with the shipping confirmation number to assist you in locating your order or you may use “My Account” to track your order(s)
- If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer care department at 1-888-4NATURO to assist you in tracking your order and estimated date of arrival. Please have your order confirmation and/or order information available to expedite the tracking of your order

Return Policy
- Unopened items may be returned within 30 days from date of receipt for refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products returned to Naturologie that are over the 30 day period. If unopened products are returned within a 30 day period, we will refund the fees charged to your credit or debit card used at the time of purchase minus a 25% restocking fee. The return shipping fees will be at purchaser’s expense and management
- If you receive a shipment with damaged products or broken bottles, please do not discard the items and contact Naturologie upon receipt via email (customerservice@naturologie.com) or telephone at 1-888-4NATURO for return instructions
